Light in Mirrors - Bio
 

Light in Mirrors is a four-piece band that formed in Spokane, Washington in 2016. The band channels the region’s indie spirit while merging gritty guitar, atmospheric soundscapes, and catchy pop vocals. Influenced by groups such as Arctic Monkeys, Led Zeppelin, and Imagine Dragons, Light in Mirrors creates a dynamic blend of sound that is familiar, yet fresh. 
 

Light in Mirrors has embraced the Pacific Northwest’s independent and DIY music scene, with much of their music recorded, mixed, and mastered in their home studio. Performing at community events, fundraisers, and festivals in the region has become a staple for the band. Audiences note the band’s professionalism, energy, and genuine ability to enjoy performing. 
 

Lead singer, pianist, and guitarist, Robert Voxx met bassist, Holly Lodoen, in Audio Engineering school. Simultaneously, meeting drummer Alex Quam while working as stagehands. The trio linked up to make music, added lead guitarist, Anthony Yzaguirre, and never looked back. 
 

Their debut album, Through the Static was released in 2018 and showcased the band’s ability to captivate an audience and write catchy rock riffs. Following the release of their first album, the band released several singles per year including fan favorites, “Desperado”, “Dream on”, and “Stand Tall”.
 

In early 2023, Light in Mirrors released their second album, Simple Soul which exemplified their musical maturity and dedication to writing relatable, honest songs about relationships and self-growth. They saw success with singles like “Mirage” and “Simple Soul”.
 

Recently, Light in Mirrors released the first single, “Chaos of Youth”, off their third full length album. The rest of the album is set to be released in the spring of 2026!
 

After a decade together, Light in Mirrors has seen it all - growth, loss, weddings, new babies, new jobs, moves, one pandemic, three presidents…

If there is one thing we know, it’s that Light in Mirrors is here, and they’re here to stay.
